SuperDave,[p]Marinate a Rib Eye!!!! ohhhhh GASP!!!![p]If you insist!! [p]Equal parts of a Good Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and a 1 tea. of cracked mustard seeds per equal part. [p]Marinate 1-2 hours. [p]Seriously I would just coat them with EVOO, Kosher or Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper and some garlic powder or if you have some around just coat them with Dizzy Pig's Raising the Steaks. Sear them and let them roast till each guest is happy with doneness

Celtic Wolf,[p]Ditto CW!!!! Did a rib eye last night. Rubbed with Garlic Salt, fresh cracked black pepper, melted butter and some thyme. Seared at 650 for 90 seconds per side, got the egg back to 450 and roasted for 4-5 minutes per side. It was AWESOME!!!! [p]
