The Curse Revisited

Despite the Curse's best efforts, the dome temp has been raised and we've been smoking again for the last 6 hours. I decided to keep the dome at 250-275 for the last few hours rather than risk another "event" like last night's. My wife tells me that the butt temp is now 189...and all it took was a few reassuring words and loving pats on the dome.
