Question about left over Fattie...

Tonight I cooked a fattie and about a dozen ABTs for the first time. To make a long story short, I ate my fill of ABTs and could not eat any of the fattie. My wife, expecting our first child/children (twins), was not "digging" the meat tonight even though she did enjoy one ABT. How do you keep cooked sausage? Freeze it? Refrigerate it? How do you reheat? Thanks,[p]Bubba

Slice it up and freeze it. I then fry it up for an egg/fattie sandwich. Good luck, Tom

we always chill them in the fridge and then let them get to room temperature and eat on a cracker, sandwich, or on your finger.[p]just slice it up and set in the fridge and i bet it's gone in two days max!

Chop it up and throw it in with you scrammbled eggs with some cheese, and sauted onion and green pepper. Hmmm, I did it this weekend for company and it was really good.
