my wife has done this in the oven, and I just never thought about doing it on the egg. I am sure it would be that much better on the egg.[p]Take a wheel of Brie, wrap it in whole pillsbury croissant dough and follow instructions on dough wrapper...probably 10 minutes at most. I am sure it would come out darn good...I know it does from the oven. Serve with jelly or apples, or really anything sweet or tart.[p]I plan on doing this at some point and will provide picks.
