Flank Steak on Coals--Thanks Whiz!!

Whiz,[p]I have to tell you that this was the most amazing party booster I've ever seen. People freaked when they saw me throw the flank steaks directly on the coals. One girl even poured out my beer thinking I had consumed too much BUD. Another shouted HEY you forgot to use the grate!! It was so cool and really tasted good. People were talking about it into the party night! 15 years of BGE cooking and I think it's the coolest ever!!!!!! [p]Th@nx to you and AB for the GREAT and innovative idea!![p]David Lee

I did that this past weekend and the Whiz site was correct.I only had two eraser sized specks of charcoal to brush off.Make sure you have long tongs,ws great.
