Flat Iron Steak

Well last week when I was at the butchers they had a 1.38 lb flat iron steak in the discount area. I brought it home. I marinated it in some soy sauce, wortcheshire, balsamic vinegar, mustard seeds, and garlic. After two hours it went on the small. Flipped every three minutes for twelve minutes and then let it rest. Very tender, great flavor. I highly recommend it if you come across one. I hadn't seen one before.[p]John
