Ribs cook finished

Here are the finished ribs. These cooked at 265 for about 5 hours. I think they might be the best I've ever done. Good luck, Tom

I have some of that Blue's new Honey Mustard but have not tried it yet. Did you apply any to those fine looking ribs or serve it on the side? Any comments about it?

I have not tasted it yet. I'm not much of a sauce person. I just dug in and ate the ribs as is. They were good. Tom

I did not use it yet. I like my ribs just with the rub on them. The other poeple that ate them tasted the sauce and really liked it. Good luck, Tom
