Thank you Celtic Wolf![p]I lifted the lid, pulled the hinges with a pair of pliers out of their respective holes, and cracked a beer (hey, I'm taking the rest of the day off) in under 30 seconds. Also had to tighen the nuts holding the band otherwise it was slipping up and down against the egg. Sure, its takes a little more heft to open the egg lid now. But isn't that why we all make sure to get enough protein in our diets?[p]Thanks again to everyone!!
