Baby Bellas on Miss Mini

Well the Mini has been lonely lately so I thought I would make some "Baby Bellas" tonight. My local market basket had some real nice looking small portabella schrooms so I bought a pack of five. I brushed these with evoo and coated them with "Shakin the tree". Put them on the mini unitl they were perfectly cooked.

for the rest of the family (they dislike schrooms). I make a corn chowder using some chopped fatties in the base.
