Here is the meatloaf that I did this past Wed night. I have been having problems downloading the pic. I sauted onions with some salt pepper and thyme, added some chicken stok and tomatoe paste to that. I then added that to 1 lb of ground chuck and 1 lb of ground pork and mixed a little dizzy pig cow lick to the mixture along with worchesture sauce. Into the egg at 350 dome with a little cow lick on top cooked for 1 hour until internal rezched 160 galzed the last 20 minutes with ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. It was DELICIOUS !
