    Eggin in Peoria, a while back Larry Ward (YB)had a post that sounded pretty good. I also posted one that marinated for 2 weeks that was awesome. Both of the above are for roasts and as all game, better to not overcook. Loins just marinate and grill or make into kebabs. If you are interested in the 2 week one and can't find it. I'll dig it up again just send me an email. I did not get any deer this year so my recipes are on the bottom of the "filing system".
