I managed to "wing it" and with Celtic Wolf and TNW input, it came out great. Therefore, to help some of you out that are not chefs and will attempt to provide some measurements to make it easier.Just take Lawn Rangers recipe and follow it.
8 pieces of Pork Tenderloin ( 1 1/2 thick) – sear in cast Iron Skillet
2 cans of Crescent Rolls (8 per can)- Thank You Celtic Wolf
Substitute Puff Pastry if you prefer - Thank You TNW
2 TPSP of butter
1/8 cup white wine or more as needed
2 shallots chopped fine.
8 oz. of Baby Bella’s chopped
Lawn Ranger mentioned that one would need 2 pastry’s, so I just rolled out 2 w/o separating
and placed loin and mixture on it and folded like a bun.
Great presentation, I think it would travel well if you had to take the main course to another house.

    I actually got to try one of Dad's lastnight befor the dog stole my steak. And man was it good. Even cold out of the fridge!!!
