Ham question

Mayberry Smoker

Store has semi boneless smoked fully cooked ham on sale. I remember seeing a recipe on here for a twice smoked or double smoked ham, can't remember the name for sure and can't find where I read it at, could someone please help me out. Would this ham work with this recipe or is there a better recipe for this kind of ham. Planning on slicing it and making ham sandwichs. Also might add the ad says water added. Thanks for the help.

Mayberry Smoker,
This is probably what you are looking for in the archives. I've done the ham and it certainly is very good. I don't like sweet glazes so I ignored that part, and the result was still great.[p]HTH
