Happened to hit an NPR show today at 1:00 PM called "Cultivating Life." The theme was "wood" and one segment was on smoking. The Egg was prominently displayed and, unlike Barbeque University, actually used. [p]The link takes you to the website for that segment, which has some recipes from one of the common BBQ books (I think.)
