I am doing two of MR. Toad's famous pork loins today. Anybody know how long they will take indirect at 300Deg? They are 4LB each. Thanks

MAC, I will gestulate with you..and suggest at 300F you will be 30 minutes per lb..to a internal temp of plus 140F degrees.. If using a pocket thermometer..check at 1.5 hours..Sorry about Michigan State...Now its "GO" Wildcat's.
I think Las Vegas had a hand in that game last night..!

MAC, that will be a fine meal! Not only tasty, but also a visually attractive meal. What all fruits, nuts, perserves are you using? We keep going back to our favorite of apricot perserves, cashews, dried apple slices and dried cranberries! YUM!
