What ever happened to that Turtle Soup you were gonna cook when the Terps came down your way?? Sorry, but I could not resist rubbing it in after your comment earlier in the month!![p]A bit on topic, I cooked up a batch of squid on Junior last night, and made a little Asian slaw. Also seared some monkfish, and added it to a soup I made up with shrooms, and sugar snaps. I found that searing the fish before adding it to the soup really added a lot of flavor, and held the fish together nicely in the soup. Yum.[p]Go Terps.
Great weekend to yall.

Nature Boy,[p]I'll take my LUMPS when I deserve them! The squid and slaw sounds great. We feasted on Cajun wings (afternoon snack) and seared filets stuffed with blue cheese (in a little pocket cut into it). To accompamy our steaks, I found a nice Australian Sherah. Did someone say "Fat an Happy"![p]Smokey
