What ever happened to that Turtle Soup you were gonna cook when the Terps came down your way?? Sorry, but I could not resist rubbing it in after your comment earlier in the month!![p]A bit on topic, I cooked up a batch of squid on Junior last night, and made a little Asian slaw. Also seared some monkfish, and added it to a soup I made up with shrooms, and sugar snaps. I found that searing the fish before adding it to the soup really added a lot of flavor, and held the fish together nicely in the soup. Yum.[p]Go Terps.
