Butt went on last night about 6:00 pm... started low and slow with some nice smoke... Guru regulatin' the temp... went to bed at 1:00 am ... just hittin the plateau... up at 7:00 am temp at 180... Guru puffin away... butts look INCREDBLE! Can't wait to pull em'... smells just like good ole North Carolina BBQ round this house this mornin'... it's a wonder the neighbors ain't up bangin' at my door.
