Mad Max Turkey success with pics

First time trying the Mad Max method and it was really good!! Here she is, ready to go on the egg.
[p]Here she's ready to pull off and start the gravy.[p][p]Got in a hurry and didnt take pics of the rest of the process but it was well recieved by the family. This is a keeper for sure, thanks Max!!

Wow; looks great. I used the Mad Max recipe as well for our Thankgiving turkey and the results were fantastic as well.

I'll be making this a Thanksgiving tradition for now on.
