Do you use a drip pan when you egg your ribs ??? If so - What do you put in it - if anything ????? Thanks

Just squeezed six slabs of St. Louis cuts on !!!!
    5 - 6 LLLOOOOOOONG hours of waiting.

  • Memphis,
I use a drip pan. I spritz my ribs every hour mixture of 1/3rd apple juice-2/3rds apple cider vinegar. It accumulates in the bottom of the pan.
HTH[p]I knew I should have cooked ribs today instead of brisket.[p]Mike
