Recevied my SHUN (Ken Onion) 8in. chopp’n knife today. Thanks to all that recommended it. I have never in my life held a piece of Cutlery like this one. I have only cut one item which was a piece of celery. The blade is so sharp and the weight and balance of the knife begins to cut by itself. I would recommend this product to any egger as an accessory to the BGE. May be pricey but worth ever penny. I will add to my collection a little at a time.
