I posted late last night while many of you Easters were already asleep, with a brief report on the Fiery Foods Show here in Albuquerque, and mentioned that I've just added my first "new" recipe in the New Recipes section of this site. I didn't want to share it for general consumption, until I tried it myself on the Egg for the first time, after many cooks on my now-retired "BBQ Grill"
--anyway, it came out great...and hope some of you will try it out and let me and the site know how you like it!! Just tryin' to give something back to all you who share so much with all of us.
