24 pounder (turkey)- should fit ok on a large? hopefully?

I picked up a fresh 24 pounder today... doing mad max style, 24 pounder should fit on a large? shouldn't it? I didn't think about the size being an issue - from a cooking surface perspective - until after I got home with it... I'll find a roaster pan somewhere that will work... surely. [p][p]

8 Green Eggs...I have a problem, ha ha!   1-XL; 2-L, 2-Med; 2-Sm; 1-Mini.
