Shrimp Diablo question

Hey everyone, I haven't been on here in a while. Hope everybody's havin' a great Fall so far![p]I've got a question about Shrimp Diablo's (jalapeno stuffed with shrimp, monterey jack and wrapped in bacon)...[p]I've made them several times and they're really good...but not GREAT. There's a taste that's missing in mine that could put it over the top. I'm haven't been adding any spices or rubs. What would you recommend? Maybe a dash of Tsunami Spin? THANKS.

I make ABTs sort of like that. I use cream cheese though. Raging river works great on them. -RP

Brush with melted salted butter just before you grill.
I say use the spin or shakin the tree. Don't want to over power the good stuff inside.
