<p />Stopped at Sam's Club and picked up a 6+ lb brisket for beef jerky. The BGE will be fired up and ready to go by 6am tomorrow. New recipe again - kind of fun to use different ingrediants. The picture shows the brisket with most of the fat removed, the pile of cut beef and finally the marinating brisket. I use a 2 gallon freezer bag for the marinate.[p]Life is GOOD! :~]
