Completed my 18 hour cook at about six this evening. Rubbed the Butt down yesterday with JJ's Rub ("you da man JJ"). Let internal temp get to 195 deg before removing from egg. Was amazed at how easy it was to pull. Wife daughter and neigbors are still eating. In addition made a batch of JJ's sauce (got from GFW's website)and it was also outstanding.
