thanks. . .problem is that 3 pounds of that danged chilean sea bass cost me as much as an entire 7 rib prime roast. . .and with over a 1000 folks to feed, well, i don't think so. . ..but if melissa is good enough to give me a fillet of that salmon, i've been doing a pretty damn good version with salmon as well. .. still using the cherry, but instead of soy sauce, i put in some teryaki sauce in the wok. . .salmon comes out really nice and sweet ...still do it up with the spinach and ginger and scallions as well ... good stuff. ...
