Doing some chiken and real thick pork chops on a lo-n-slo this p.m. Wifr brought home fresh sweet corn.Any suggestions? In or out of husk,foil or no foil ? will it come out all right at a 250 temp? thanks in advance for the help!

I like to do mine right in the husk, if it is really fresh just throw it on the grill. If store bought, soak it in the sink for 30 mins or so...then on the grill. I typically cook corn at 350° for 30 to 60 mins. At your temps I would probably go 90 minutes....the silk just melts away when you shuck it.[p]Wess

In a pinch last night I did corn at 450 for 30 minutes.
It was right from the store onto the egg with platesetter.
The husks got black but the corn was perfect.
Spent 6 hours smoking baby backs and forgot about the corn. I usually give it an hour or more at 350 but now I know 30 minutes at 450 works fine.
