Oh My Lord!! That was so incredibly delicious!! My boyfriend said that we never have to go out to eat again....I'm not sure if I like that statement!! However, he's right about going out to eat steak. You guys all told me that, and you are sooooo right. My daughter doesn't eat steak so I cooked her a cheeseburger. She was groaning and moaning just like we were. Making new post for Rib recipe for tomorrow night!! Thanks, Lisa

    NoleGirl,[p]Congrats on your steaks. They are great on the egg. This new addiction you are getting into might require a few more minutes on the treadmill. :>) I'm a member now (after I bought my 2 eggs) at 2 health clubs. One is 2 minutes from work (lunchtime) and the other is 6 minutes from my house. I don't want to get too pudgy like my older brothers. Ya know the baby of the family has a reputation to keep up. :)[p]Happy cookin and keep up that enthusiasm!!!!!![p]Mick
