Well the baby backs finally passed the fork test at 6 hours at 240 dome. They are resting under foil until the portobellas are done which should be about 30 minutes. Snacked on Brats waiting for these to get ready.

I have to say, these were the best I've done. Of course I always say that. Actually they are probably just regular ole ribs to the masters in here. Only thing is, I got to eat these!!

Same ole ribs are really great ribs. I play around with different rubs and wood chunks for a slightly different flavor. I hardly ever mess with the technique that works for me. [p]Mike
