<p />Last Sunday, my wife and daughter split a steak from the smoke out cook. So, that left one ribeye for leftovers. Tonight the wife and daughter were out and I was left to fend for myself. So, the choice was easy... a mushroom, onion steak sandwich with cheddar cheese on a crunchy hard roll. This thing was big. I had to eat it with a knife and fork…hmmmmmm good. T
