Bone-in Turkey Breast, Results

Here's the results of the two bone-in turkey breast that I cooked today for my daughters birthday.

They came out perfect! Juciy and moist.[p]I soaked in a salt water brine for about four hours. Then I injected them with some 'Creole Butter Cajun injector" seasoning and coated with evoo, salt and pepper. I cooked them indirect with plate setter and drip pan and a chunk of pecan wood at 340 degrees until the internal temp hit 160. [p]BGEphotos071.jpg[p]BGEphotos072.jpg[p][p][p]
