Just A Simple Fare

Tonight was my first egg meal in about three weeks. It was simply boneless chicken breast with a BBQ Rub gilled over a mix of hardwood and mesquite charcoal at 350 for 10/10/5/5 minutes. I served the BBQ sauce on the side at the table. The BBQ sauces were Gil’s Roasted Garlic and Mama Miril’s Jamaican. Some buttered noodles and frozen peas toped it off. My wife said it was one of the best tasting chicken ever. [p]I have a pork loin that has been in Eaton’s Jerk since Wednesday morning, it may get cooked tomorrow.[p]It is good to be back.
