I had the day off work so my wife and I sat our on the patio and enjoyed a nice Sockeye fillet.
I gave it a good coat of Tsunami Spin and then a light dust of Swamp Venom. Cooked direct at 450 for only about 15 minutes to get to an internal temp of 140...it was awesome!
