Pulled Pork on steroids

i made pulled pork from an 8Lb pork butt and had planned on about 19hr cook @ 225F using the BBQ GURU.
I was awakened 8Hrs after putting the butt on, when it reached the 200F internal.
What are they feeding the pigs today ?
i could not believe it, but sure enough, the bone slipped right out & the meat started to fall appart as i was lifting it off the BGE.
