when i use the ole ray apple cinnamon sauce[p]i add the following - a chopped apple and pear, not too fine, a bit more cinnamon, a jar of apple preserves - simmer until it reduces a bit - [p]then, and then pour over a sliced medium rare pork tenderloin [p]WOW!!!![p]mr toad
