<p />Barb has placed the quail on the breast & will cut up both sides of the back bone. This is also the same way to debone a chicken. Once this has been completed, she carefully removed the breast bone & rib cage. At this point she washed the birds in & out thoroughly & patted with a paper towel.[p]Earl
