OK, we've done steaks for years but are looking to do something a bit different. A 2" porterhouse found it's way into the basket. Molly Shark posted a garlicky herb butter rub/sauce for filets. Any ideas out there?[p]A '94 Pahlmeyer Cab is standing by. Ah, Friday night![p]BF
