Brisket & rice casserole

I had some left over brisket point so I decided to mix it up in a casserole with some brown rice. Don't really have a recipe as I am kind of a dump and stir cook. First cooked up a little rice put my brisket in a small casserole dish with the rice about a cup of cottage cheese, chopped onion and green pepper, chopped up mushrooms, lowrys seasoned salt, cut up 6 slices of american cheese then stirred it all up and put some bbq sauce on top baked in oven 45min. at 350". It eas very good the brisket flavor really came thru.
