As the subject line says, I'm doing Dr. BBQ's brisket recipe from his latest cookbook. This is the recipe he did on the All-Star BBQ Showdown. I've been wanting to try out Big Bob Gibson's sauces, anyway, and my wife loves brisket, so it seemed like a great experiment for the weekend.[p]So, has anybody tried this in the Egg? If so, is there any need for modifying the recipe as it shows up in the good Dr.'s book? (I don't imagine there is, but I figure it never hurts to ask.)[p]Have a great weekend, everybody!
