Dr. BBQ Friday Night Ribs - Excellent!!

Hi All, did Dr. BBQs Friday Night ribs from the Big Time Cookbook for my World Cup final BBQ (Forza Italia BTW). Results were excellent, tender, juicy ribs. My favourite method so far. (Tried 3-1-1 and variations) They were enjoyed and praised by all. I very much like the BBQ sauce he recommends for these ribs also. Perfect pairing. (Red Rose I think Dr. BBQ called it) This is the way I will do ribs from now on. [p]Thanks Dr. BBQ.

Soonerfan,[p]That recipe is in my first book and my friends here have been really nice about not sharing the recipes to the internet. One of the rib recipes from the book is on my website along with a wing recipe and a conrnbread casserole if you'd like to try those, but they are different than the Friday Night Ribs.[p]

drbbq,[p]I just recently picked up your first book and have thouroughly enjoyed it. Not just the recipes, but it's a good read in general.
I think I'll be trying the championship ribs on Saturday.
