Pizza Success

Following the basics from the Naked Whiz cookbook, I made my first pizzas last night. They turned out really well![p]The first was just a simple pepperoni for my boys, but the second "adult" pizza was a little more sophisticated. I sauted some chopped garlic in some butter and olive oil, and put that on the crust followed by grated fontina cheese, seeded thin sliced tomato, baby spinach leaves, and ultra thin sliced italian ham (can't remember the exact name now).
