4 racks and an 8 pounder butt going in the frig now. Starting the butt at 6PM tomorrow and the ribs will start at 7AM Sunday. Feast noon Sunday!![p]Happy Fathers Day!

Ever see that movie "Gone in 60 seconds?" That lump is WAY better than the stuff I was using. Seemed to burn forever and the only smoke flavor you got out of it was what you put in it. I sure would like more but haven't seen it around here.

Yeah, that stuff is hard to find anymore. I still have about 12 bags left. I did some butts a few weeks ago and filled the egg up to near the top of the fire ring with 100% Wicked Good and burned for 21 hours. After the fire cooled down I stirred the coals and still had a full fire box full of lump!
