Locally raised pork

I bought a 1/2 hog this weekend of "natural pork" from the link below. We ate some of the pork chops [p]Here are the chops before I trimmed them[p]FreshPork3June06008.jpg[p]A close up of a rib with the fat trimmed[p]FreshPork3June06011.jpg[p]Right before going on the grill.
