I bought a 1/2 hog this weekend of "natural pork" from the link below. We ate some of the pork chops [p]Here are the chops before I trimmed them[p][p]A close up of a rib with the fat trimmed[p][p]Right before going on the grill. The one with the rub is Jamaican Firewalk, the rest are salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.[p][p]On the grill[p][p]Served up with some rice and peas[p][p]Taste was pretty good. Can't wait to smoke the boston butt.[p]John
