I bought a 1/2 hog this weekend of "natural pork" from the link below. We ate some of the pork chops [p]Here are the chops before I trimmed them[p]FreshPork3June06008.jpg[p]A close up of a rib with the fat trimmed[p]FreshPork3June06011.jpg[p]Right before going on the grill. The one with the rub is Jamaican Firewalk, the rest are salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.[p]FreshPork3June06012.jpg[p]On the grill[p]FreshPork3June06014.jpg[p]Served up with some rice and peas[p]FreshPork3June06015.jpg[p]Taste was pretty good. Can't wait to smoke the boston butt.[p]John
