Leg of Lamb Advice Pleaseeeeee
Just put my first leg of lamb on, any advice on temperatures, times, and meat temps would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting in the 200-225 range but will adjust as advice comes in. I've got it indirect with fat cap on top.
