I love this forum. I tried my first ribs. I went to kroger memorial day morning and picked up 3 slabs of baby backs. I got home and threw dizzy dust all over them. got my egg started and stabalized 275. and then put mustard over them. threw tham on indirect with a handful of hickory chips.
Set my tivo to food chanel for the all day BBQ.
3 hours later wrapped in foil for an hour and then put them on direct with some Bone sucking sause...
It was the best ribs I have had.....................
They had a lot of meat on them comepared to resturants is that because they use spare ribs or do they cook them longer and get the fat off of them.
