I've had and used a Large BGE since '92 and hands down they are the best. I'm having a wild game cook out on Memorial Day and need some advice. Does anyone have any good Black Bear recipes, will be cooking a hindquarter, along with moose, caribou, white tail and some other interesting things. I've only cooked bear once, marinated it came out pretty good, just hoping for some ideas.
