<p />Made last night on the small, indirect, 275° - 325° dome for 3 1/2 hours.[p]I didn't get to try any of the steak Sandbagger cooked at the Waldorf afterparty.[p]When I saw the short ribs at the store yesterday, I knew what I had to do![p]Chris, Raising the Steaks is a hit at our house![p]Thanks to all a DizzyPig, Mang!!![p]Rodger
