Tonites cook was a pesto chicken pizza. Stretched pizza dough to 14" to fit the pizza stone pre-heated 550 in the large. Spread fresh pesto sauce on the dough. Placed chunks of a cooked thigh I did yesterday on the pesto. Covered with mozzarella and went until done about 12 minutes. Crust was crisp, topping was great. Best pizza so far!
Wish I had a picture for you. Hope my friend "Chubby" will teach me at Waldorf.
