My BIG question is how many pounds of Boston Butt do I need for 80 people and will my large hold it all for one cook???
Help!!! I may have gotten in over my head. I was “volunteered” to smoke some pork butt for the office. I said no problem until I realized we’ve now got 80 folks that work here.
I was planning on doing the cook this weekend, pull the pork, then vacuum seal and put in the freezer until we need it on the 13th. Then we were going to fill a big aluminum pot with water to reheat the meat the day of the office luncheon.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
