<p />Our maybe... Pork Tenderloin with Gfw's BBQ Sauce and Sweet Potatoes - a perfect dinner - at dome temp of 350-400 degrees, the PT took about 45 minutes to hit an internal of 160 degrees.[p]There were leftovers - had to be... we are making (not on the Egg) refried rice for dinner on Friday – great way to use up leftover pork![p]Tomorrow is the last day of summer... hope it was as good for you and your families as it was for me and mine.[p]LIFE is GOOD! :-}[p]

    Bob, remind me this weekend... at this point I'm not sure how it will turn out - Oriental cooking is more the wife's thing - I just eat and love it - always said that I was going to take an Oriental cooking class - maybe this winter.[p]
